Overnight trips on Tango are a great way to see the Sound and enjoy your catch at it's freshest. We take 4 guests on an overnight excursion which includes sightseeing, fishing and wildlife viewing. Just want to fish? No problem. The boat is yours, so just let us know what you want to do.
Multiple day trips are the best way to see all the Sound has to offer. You can designate a full day to fishing, then travel around the Sound; view glaciers which are too far away to see on a one-day (5 hour) sightseeing trip, bays and fiords which are hidden from the day fisherman and possibly even some bears feeding on salmon streams or mountain goats on the hillsides. Use our dingy and explore tide pools, rain forests and upland lakes and views. You can also fish or drop shrimp pots in places seldom fished!
While 4 is the most comfortable (and our standard) number of guests, we can accommodate up to 6 at an additional cost. If you party is bigger than that, we must work with other captains to provide more boats. Parties of 8-12 will be billeted 4 to 6 per boat while parties larger than 12 will require an additional boat. Large groups requiring 2 or more boats MUST make their reservations early so we can coordinate the additional boats. Multi-day trips should also be coordinated early to ensure you get the dates you want.
Please note that multi-boat trips are not included in the pricing of our trips on our price list page. The cost of the trip will be worked out depending on which boats are used and the number of people in your party.
